It's a small thing, but when I read a chapter and then want to read the next chapter, I normally have to navigate back in my browser, find SUMMARY.md, open that file, then find the next chapter and click on it. This commit makes it easier because I can simply go back in my browser from a chapter, scroll to the bottom, and select the next chapter (because README.md is displayed by default)
