The characterization thresholds in template.tcl were incorrect: delay_inp/out: 0.35 → 0.5 (50% VDD crossing, industry standard) slew_lower: 0.2 → 0.1 (10%) slew_upper: 0.5 → 0.9 (90%) Regenerated .lib files for all 4 variants using Liberate 23.1 (41 cells, 0 failures each). For 3F variants, netlists were generated directly from CDL — the probe_fake_gds BPR connectivity prevents valid LVS/PEX extraction. Signed-off-by: LeeJaKang <wkrkd95@postech.ac.kr>
