Update experiment metadata by:

  1. for values which can be a string or array of strings, it is stated explicitly in description
  2. correct typo
  3. specify that SPDX license is preferred

Thanks for adding these updates!

Normally when modifying the schema, the process is to add a new version, e.g. 1-0-4.json, update the CHANGELOG.md and keep the 1-0-3.json file unchanged.
However this PR isn't adding/removing fields, and just changing descriptions so it could be fine to leave as-is.
