- forecastle bug fixes (e.g., wording improvement, better manual handles on plot)
- forecastle tournament bug fixes, + a new "Answers" tab that shows your answers compared to actual
- switch forecastle to rWIS (instead of just WIS)
- make the view selector better
- initialize the forecastle tournament for cste (respilens.com/cste)
