prefer using it as a separate package (in folder packages/apps/AchepClock)
will automatically override the cm9 deskclock and aosp alarm clock
it's better as the developer will have option to use either Deskclock or Achep clock
to use achep clock just add
PRODUCT_PACKAGES_NAME +=
AchepClock
inside the device.mk
