docs: postmortem of v0.10.x → v0.11.0 release sequence#32
Merged
Conversation
Adds docs/POSTMORTEM_v0.10-v0.11.md — the engineering log of six releases shipped 2026-05-03 → 2026-05-06 in response to public benchmark evidence + one external-user feature request. Each release section pairs the trigger (specific bench / user finding) with the diagnosis, the shipped fix, the empirical proof, and the generalizable lesson. Includes a 'what we deliberately did not ship' section that documents declined options (per-tool embedder switching, etc.) for future-self / public credibility. Adaptable for blog post / GitHub Discussions / YC narrative. Pure docs change, no code touched.
