Code changes look good and all tests pass locally. Manual tests look good. Someday, we need to switch to Docker containers for NSQ local testing.

Upgrades NSQ 1.2.0 -> 1.3.0
Replaced binaries in their appropriate directories for NSQ with the official Github release binaries.
Fixed issue with reading the Hostname from the Client due to changes in the Client structure for NSQ.
