Reverts #239 so the influence-tracking feature can be re-landed through the unified plugin-source/ pipeline after #235 merges, per discussion on #235 (#235 (comment)).

Reverts 6cc2a5b.

Test plan

• Confirm CI passes after revert
• Once feat(platform-integrations): unify plugin code under a single canonical source #235 merges, re-add the feature via plugin-source/ with a compiled-in AGENT switch (Claude branch derives session_id from transcript_path; other agents no-op)
