Foundation for the camera module (Discord feature request): videos live as shots/NNNNNN.mp4 with a NNNNNN.video.json sidecar carrying the sync offset. attach_video() transcodes via ffmpeg (720p H.264 + AAC, faststart); sync prunes to the newest MATEBOT_VIDEO_KEEP=15 (repo + docs) and sitegen copies clips into docs/video/ with payload fields. The journal shot page gains a video panel slaved to the existing playback engine: play/scrub/speed drive video.currentTime through the offset, mute toggle included. /vsync <±seconds> nudges the latest video sync from chat. ffmpeg mocked in tests; CI stays ffmpeg-free.
