iOS doesn't decode a frame before play even with preload=auto, so the journal video card opens black. sitegen now extracts a poster jpg per video (ffmpeg, idempotent, skipped when ffmpeg is absent) and app.js sets it on the video element. Backfills existing shots on the next sync.
