- The reel now stops exactly when the playhead reaches the end of the x axis (no 2s video tail running past the chart).
- /vsync adjusts the sidecar as before and immediately re-renders + resends the reel with the new offset, so calibration feedback is instant.
- v0.3.1 (pyproject, flake, init).
