This patch adds the necessary setup so that any users with nix installed can run
build.shwithout having to worry about getting a devkitpro toolchain and your tools built from source.This can be helpful for people on distros that don't already have prebuilts for devkitpro or with a loader/libc that won't work with your checked in binaries.
If you're unfamiliar with nix and/or don't want to pollute the repo with these build files just to make the development experience nicer for a niche group, I could stick this patch in a fork and just add a line to
development.mdpointing to it so that nix users don't have to retread my steps.
