n진수의 숫자를 m명의 사람이 차례로 돌아가며 한글자씩 말할때, 튜브가 말할 t개의 숫자를 미리 구해놓으려고 한다.

🔍 풀이 방법
구현
특정 숫자를 n진수로 만드는 함수를 구현함.
그리고 문자열들을 이어 붙임.
튜브는 t개의 숫자를 필요로 하고 이건 m명이 돌아가면 말하니 문자열은 t*m까지만 구하면 충분함.
문자열을 모두 구하고 튜브가 말해야하는 부분만 뽑아서 저장.
