구름은 1. 이동하고 2.비를 내리고(+1) 사라짐 3. 비가 내린곳에서 대각선 방향의 4개의 위치에서 물이 있다면 1씩 끌어옴. 4. 물이 2 이상 있는 곳에서 구름이 다시 생성됨. 반복
🔍 풀이 방법
시뮬레이션
그대로 구현하면 되는데, 이게 이동시 위아래 왼쪽 오른쪽이 서로 연결 되어있어서 모듈러 연산을 해야함. 그래서 1-based를 0-based로 바꾸고 모듈러 하고 다시 0-based에서 1-based로 수정해야함.
