짝수일 시는 작은값을 출력합니다.
🔍 풀이 방법
우선순위큐를 2개 사용하여 최대힙, 최소힙 을 구현해서 풀었습니다.

처음에 최대힙, 최소힙 사이에 값을 스왑하는 것을 생각 안해서 시간을 좀 소모했습니다.
