Replace standard spaces with non-breaking spaces (`~`) before `\cite` and `\ref` commands throughout the thesis to ensure proper typesetting and prevent orphaned references at line breaks.
Standardize "user space" and "kernel space" terminology, clarify Big O notations as time complexity, and expand on thread management and process termination logic.
