This PR introduces a GSoC project ideas document under the docs/ directory.
The document outlines multiple well-scoped project ideas aligned with Google Summer of Code guidelines and 3Kobo’s long-term goals, including backend, frontend, full-stack, and mobile-focused projects.
No existing code or documentation is modified outside the addition of this new file.
