Make a general 'tools' page and/or rename the Scientific Computing Teams page

There are multiple tools (e.g. aind-data-mcp) that aren't part of the core services, but it would be nice to have a central page that has links to all of these types of tools.

The Scientific Computing Teams page looks like it has links to tools like this, but the page name doesn't really indicate what tools/resources can be found on this page.
