PR to fix #1496

Turns out milliseconds is the default for exposure time unit, so we didn't specify and it defaulted to milliseconds

@alexpiet and I had confirmed the change in the code was properly done.
By looking at a data from last week the unit is properly microsecond but a random value: "exposure_time": "5112.740731" is logged, which I have no idea from where it comes.

Also, chatting with @XX-Yin , it seems that we need to re-think about 'fiber_connections'. Now each fiber (=a branch of the fiber bundle) has only one power value but this needs to be per wavelength as 3 light-sources are fed into 4 fibers. I guess there are several instances where multiple light sources are fed into same fibers (SPIM, Ephys Optotag, etc); any previous example from which we can inherit?
