📦 Purchase Requisition – Procurement Management App (React Native)
A role-based Procurement Management mobile application built with React Native and REST APIs. The system manages RFQs (Request for Quotations), vendor management, order tracking, and shipment receiving workflows in a structured enterprise-level design.
This project is primarily focused on frontend development and workflow implementation, where REST APIs were integrated to connect and display real backend data.
📊 Dashboard (Analytics Overview)
The Dashboard provides a high-level overview of system activity.
Features:
• Basic analytics graphs for procurement insights
• Overview of RFQs and order flow
• Quick navigation to RFQ, Vendors, and Profile sections
• System performance and status visualization
📄 RFQ (Request for Quotation) Module
The RFQ module is the core of the application.
RFQ List:
• Displays all RFQs in a structured list
• Each RFQ is expandable to show item-level details
RFQ Detail View:
• View all items inside a selected RFQ
• Navigate in two ways:
- View Orders (full RFQ workflow view)
- Tap individual items inside RFQ expanded view
Quotation Submission:
• If no quotation has been submitted:
- User can submit quotation for RFQ items
- Enter quantity, price per item, and item details
- Submit quotation via REST API integration
Order Tracking (View Orders Flow):
• Full RFQ order detail screen
• Displays current status:
- Shipped
- Partially Shipped
- Completed
- Cancelled
Shipment Handling:
• If shipment is received:
- User can tap and open a modal form
- Fill shipment receiving details
- Update delivery confirmation
• Item-level status can also be updated (Shipped / Not Shipped)

The Vendors screen manages all supplier data.
Features:
• List of all vendors
• Tap on a vendor to view detailed profile
• Vendor detail screen includes:
- Personal information
- Business details
- Bank account information
• Structured vendor relationship management
👤 Profile Module
The Profile screen manages user account information.
Features:
• Basic user info:
- Name
- CNIC
- Profile picture
• View Profile (Detailed View):
- Extended personal information
- Bank details
- Account-related information
• Authentication:
- Secure logout functionality
- Session managed using AsyncStorage
