chore: update to 26.1

Changes:

• mojmaps
• no more cca (replaced by a PacketContext.Key
• client now registers a blank receiver for configuration packet for payload (needed as join event is too late for polymer to know if a player has the mod)
• fixed item definitions not accounting for sticky piston type or drag for bubble columns
• made floaty renderer take a supplier for default item as itemstacks cant be made without a world anymore

updated to use the new FRAPI should be fully ported now
