# 炸薯条(非半成品)的做法

## 必备原料和工具

- 土豆
- 盐
- 淀粉

## 计算

每份:

- 盐 3 g
- 土豆 2 个(每个土豆大约重 120g,共约 240g)
- 淀粉 40 g

## 操作

- 土豆去皮、切成 3cm 宽的长条
- 锅里水烧开后放入切好的土豆同时加入 3g 盐,2 分钟后捞出
- 捞出后水分控干水分,放入盆中与淀粉混合均匀
- 锅中放入食用油,油温升高后保持中火放入土豆条炸 4~5 分钟(期间要注意翻动)
- 表面金黄色即可捞出

tips:怕回软可再次回锅炸 3 分钟
