Guard autoUploadProguardMapping and autoUploadSourceContext behind a null/empty check on SENTRY_AUTH_TOKEN to prevent build errors in local and dev environments. Ultraworked with [Sisyphus](https://github.com/code-yeongyu/oh-my-opencode) Co-authored-by: Sisyphus <clio-agent@sisyphuslabs.ai>
Change the crash analytics preference default from true to false across AppSettings (runtime default), sheet_welcome.xml (welcome screen checkbox), and pref_services.xml (settings UI default) so users are not automatically opted in.
