⚡ Bolt: Parallelize chat history rendering

💡 What:

• Refactored AgentViewMessages to split message creation into createMessageContainer (sync) and renderMessageContent (async).
• Implemented displayBatchMessages which renders chat history messages concurrently using Promise.all.
• Updated AgentViewSession to use displayBatchMessages when loading session history.

🎯 Why:

• Loading chat history was sequential, causing a "waterfall" effect where each message waited for the previous one to render.
• Markdown rendering is expensive.
• This optimization significantly speeds up the initial load of long chat sessions.

📊 Impact:

• Reduces chat history rendering time by allowing concurrent Markdown rendering.
• Visual order is preserved by synchronous container creation.
• Reduces layout thrashing by consolidating scroll operations.

🔬 Measurement:

• Verify by loading a long chat session and observing that messages appear faster.
• Check AgentViewSession.loadSessionHistory logic.

Note:

• Included necessary fixes in src/tools/vault-tools-extended.ts to fix build errors that were blocking verification (invalid type definition and property name output vs data).
