Pull request overview
This PR changes the default expansion mode for new games from "New PoK" to "Thunder's Edge + New PoK" (full Thunder's Edge). The change aligns the default behavior with the current standard for new games and updates the UI accordingly.

ThundersEdgetotrueby default when creating new games - Reorders expansion choice buttons to prioritize Thunder's Edge option
- Updates documentation text to reflect that Thunder's Edge + New PoK is now the default
