fix(ci): repair electron-builder mac schema + add Android APK build

- Rename entitlementsFile to entitlements and entitlementsInheritFile to
  entitlementsInherit (deprecated in electron-builder 26.x); this was
  causing ALL three platform builds to fail at config validation
- Add Capacitor (@capacitor/core, @capacitor/cli, @capacitor/android)
  so the Android job can wrap the Vite build as a native APK
- Add build-android CI job: JDK 17, Android SDK, cap add + sync,
  Gradle assembleRelease, uploads Delay-*-android.apk as artifact
- Wire Android APK into the GitHub Release alongside Win/Mac/Linux
- Add capacitor.config.ts with appId com.delay.app
