When deploying, for some reason the absolute paths were not working, also the CSV file was too large, made the following changes:
modified py scripts to relative path
modified to chunk the seed data CSV
other various changes to deploy to cloud successfully. Also I had to modify my scripts to use "py" instead of "python" can disregard that.
