This PR updates the ACR image-pull-n10 benchmark pipeline to run in Azure East Asia instead of East US 2 and adjusted pod startup latency threshold from 600s to 780s based on successful validation runs in the new region.

Pull request overview

Updates the ACR image-pull-n10 perf-eval pipeline to run in Azure East Asia and relaxes the pod startup latency threshold to account for the new region’s observed performance.

Changes:

  • Switch pipeline region from eastus2 to eastasia (including stage name update).
  • Increase pod_startup_latency_threshold from 600s to 780s for both authenticated and anonymous variants.

Please notify PM, as following this change, the image pull will be cross-region since the test registry is located in East US 2.
