fully_connected_mnist.py is a demo script for using the
conversionmodule in BindsNET to convert between a multilayer PyTorch net to a SNN.Some interfaces changed in BindsNET which prevented the script from working. This commit updates the script and the SNN converted from a trained ANN reaches ~95%+ accuracy on the MNIST training set.
