Overview
Updates icon dependencies by bumping @beapi/icons to ^1.2.7 and @wordpress/icons to ^12.2.0 (with corresponding lockfile updates).

Adjusts block registrations to use the newer exported icon names: item→accordionItem, title→accordionTitle, and homeButton→contents.
