Allows you to strip logs and wood using a stonecutter

Closes #879

for addons, we have been / were using the "addons" branch, atleast that is where mine and DrAv's are based
@drav0011 are we still basing addons on the addons branch??
outside of that it will take some time to review this :)

disregard; forgot this is a crafting tweak
