Some improvements

Hello,

I made some improvements on this great plugin. Major changes are :

• Add parameters for LDAP Bind DN and password (the password is encrypted before storing it in database)
• Add mapping attribute parameters in plugin configuration
• Add a restrict site access feature
• Add parameter to disable CAS logout (only handle Wordpress logout)
• Expose user infos in global variables to permit access user infos in site (even if the user is not authenticated by Wordpress).

Furthermore, I made some global fixes and improvement to make this plugin working on updated Wordpress instance.
