  • Update README.md:
    • Add Introduction section
    • Add Licensing and Support section
    • Add Funding Acknowledgement section
    • Better format compiler command table for reading as raw ASCII text
    • Other minor improvements and hyperlinks
  • Adjust example/extended-gauss-divergence.F90 so output matches README.md description
  • Work around NAG compiler issue
