Good question Alexander - I had the same idea as you & came here wondering the same thing :) The concept for a decentralised password manager seems great and it perfectly aligns to the Web3 ideal of decentralised platforms. Probably the choice of Nebulas blockchain is what didn't work - I personally would've considered Juno or Avax subnet |

@amatesi I'm beginning to build a multiplatform react-native app (although it's pretty hard to handle everything because many developers opt for Web Browser technologies) which is related to storing passwords, private data & files. Everything is decentralized. I will be using Solana's blockchain as a way of storing the IPNS link (Interplanetary Name System) to store the addresses of all the user's content in the IPFS. |

Sensational - will follow your effort. Hopefully you'll include "family" or "teams" plans (ie. With multi sigs), Solana mobile integration and android autofill service provider support? But yeah, very interesting 👍 |

@alexanderbkl any progress? Had this idea also after the Lastpass hack yesterday. |

Nebulas Mainnet Service is now terminated |

@luukasmakila @amatesi @parsaM110 I made a startup called hello.app based on the idea of this specific repository. |
Hi! I reviewed your repository that stores passwords in a decentralized blockchain. The extension was made back in 2018, a bit while ago.
May I ask you why the project didn't go on? What has failed? Because I'm planning on doing something very similar, and it would be great to hear the reasons behind this.
