The last "official" release from the original project website.

Note that the MSI file might not work on more recent version of Windows. To that end, the files have been extracted from the MSI (via the msiexec "administrative install" command-line argument) and also provided in a zipped setup file.

The binutils and gcc archives were included with this release and are of the binutils-cil and gcc-cil repositories, respectively.
