Modified source code for RadVel and Juliet for running Chromatic GPs
In order to use Chromatic Gaussian Proccesses (GPs) outlined in Cale et al. 2021 when fitting RVs, or calculating evidences, modifications are required.
I have modified RadVel source code to perform MCMC radial velocity fits using these chromatic GPs. How to get it running for your RadVel installation is explained in the README under the RadVel directory.
I have modified the Juliet source code to perform nested sampling using the chromatic GPs. Information about how to modify your Juliet installation to run these is located in the README under the Juliet directory.
