Is ACR needed as a part of the NBS7 deployment? This to me seems like a nice to have for private images but STLTs will not being using this for nbs7.

Probably not needed for production use by STLTs, but it still could be useful for development purposes. Moving to the development folder |

Update the providers to the latest version, and update module syntax for the new provider versions
