App fixes and features #TODO

1. fix items showing up outside and in stairs
2. limit inventory
3. screen flashes periodically on some player moves
4. Allow enemies to potentially attack each tiem a player decides to attack the enemy
5. Protect the /start route, and navigate to it only when the user registers or logs in
6. Fix the info panel to display text properly. some indents and overflow in some cases
7. Minor bug on floor 10, moving from room above treasure room pressing left, it goes diagnolly to the room to the left of the treasure room
8. Add descriptions for all the rooms
9. Add favicon to tab
