Per the NERVA copy-pass standing rule, AMDG does not appear in public-facing materials. Removes the sole instance from the mode-D footer masthead. Entity name was already Starpoint LLC sitewide; no other AMDG / Starpoint Enterprises instances remain. Verdict enum ESCALATE is kernel logic, not globe display copy, and is untouched.
