Fix changelog to put EdgeDisplayMode in 1.142

Description

#13192 introduced EdgeDisplayMode. It got merged in after the 1.141 release and the CHANGES.md entry should have been updated to list it under the upcoming 1.142 release rather than 1.141. This PR makes that small fix.
