Lockfile-only Dependabot update: resolves
launch-editor2.9.1 → 2.14.1 (pulled in bywebpack-dev-serverfor the docs/dev toolchain). Transitive bumps includepicocolorsandshell-quoteto match the new package requirements.Upstream 2.14.x adds hardening such as rejecting UNC paths when launching an editor from dev-server overlays, plus routine dependency and CI/test updates—no application source changes in this repo.
