Description

Add climate drivers for fire diagnostic.

Also updates the sample data version from 0.7.1 to 0.7.2.

Sample data available in Climate-REF/ref-sample-data#48

We might need to document how to manage upgrading the REF (at some stage)

We already have a small snippet with the command to update the conda-lock file from this file here: https://climate-ref.readthedocs.io/en/latest/development/#installing-metric-provider-dependencies. Maybe it just needs another sentence to explain the links. The reason why I had to add arviz here is that it has been added as a dependency of ESMValTool after the latest release. I'll remove it again when we update to ESMValTool v2.13.
