• Added level tier filters (L0, L1, L2, L3) with lock states and progress hints
• Created dynamic issue cards with repository details, difficulty badges, metadata, and action buttons
• Implemented repository-based filtering with checkbox controls
• Added difficulty filters (Easy, Medium, Hard)
• Added status switcher for Open and Closed issues
• Added progress widget showing solved issues and unlock progress
• Implemented responsive design with mobile-friendly filter panel behavior
• Applied dark theme styling consistent with project design guidelines
