style: Redesign landing page to modern dark layout

Summary

This PR redesigns the main landing page to align with the new modern dark branding, using neon green accents, a subtle dotted grid overlay, and a premium glassmorphic section structure matching the design mockup.

Key Changes

• Header / Navbar: Cleaned up logo placement, updated navigation links (Platform, Features, Docs, Pricing), and styled the Login button with a sleek rectangular border.
• Hero Section:
  • Split the headline across two lines ("Open source, done right.") with a bright neon-green highlight.
  • Added the uppercase NOW IN OPEN BETA pill badge.
  • Styled the primary CTA as a green Start Triaging button and the secondary CTA as an elegant View Documentation → text link.
• Metrics Section: Updated metrics to match the mockup (10k+ PRs Managed, <50ms Triage Latency, 99.9% Uptime SLA, Zero Configuration) and refined the animation logic to parse prefixes/suffixes cleanly.
• The Triage Queue: Wrapped the triage list in a browser window container styled with window control dots and a .triage_queue title.
• Pain Points Section: Added a responsive 2x2 glassmorphic card grid describing common contributor and maintainer bottlenecks.
• Verification: Successfully built the production package, verified that ESLint rules pass, and confirmed all 460 unit tests are green.

There is some issues with the current Homepage and i have already talked with @yush-1018 but he forgot to add that things

firstly the Green Strip should not be there in the homepage

second. there should be a dedicated docs page that is currently missing in the current version so @yush-1018 please add that also and i have already sent u the docs file so can u please add that in the next version
