Base information
Objective
In order to ease iTop mail configuration and to allow testers to easily test 'PHPMail' transport in iTop, this pull request aim to add a local SMTP server.
Proposed solution
This PR adds msmtp, a local SMTP server to PHPs containers.
PHPs configuration is changed to redirect the sendmail function to msmtp.
msmtp is configured to redirect all incoming mails to our mailpit container.
