Adds support for importing model files by dragging them into the app

I'm not exactly sure the of the use of
download_model_basefor the config file, however it seems like it needs to be added to the base url for the models folder?I'm prioritising sections where the type of model being imported is defined, then whatever the default one is. Not sure if it would be better to just always use the default directory.
