docs: rewrite links.mdx for clarity and readability

Rewrites development/core-concepts/links.mdx to be clearer and less verbose:

• Remove the generic "docs may be outdated" Note banner at the top
• Add a one-line description of what links do (carry data between nodes)
• Replace --> with → for consistency
• Convert the link visibility paragraph into a <Tip> component
• Simplify Reroute section wording
• Add emphasis on the key color-coding rule ("You can only connect ports of the same color")
• Clean up table formatting (consistent capitalization, tighter columns)
