Brings newest models and allows selecting model for extraction

This implements a few improvements:

1. Adds crawl page ID to the OpenAI calls to allow us to sort most expensive extracted items
2. Updates the models with the more recent releases from OpenAI
3. Allows selecting different models for the extractions to help save costs with the less expensive models.
