- Good changes
- Compilation version of Patchouli in the PR requires MC1.21.1, but Essentials is currently only up to MC1.21.
I'm going to hold off on merging this until either Essentials has updated to MC1.21.1 or the PR is amended to run with Patchouli on MC1.21.

Added compatibility for the latest 1.21.1 Patchouli version and updated the guidebook data to use the new component format.
I also fixed the fertile soil entry in the guide, which seems to have been generated incorrectly and had the wrong icon.
