This PR finally fixes the
LocationStatelack of persistence issue. The Location selector in the task bar will now seamlessly switch Location and persist them across refresh usingLocalStorage.LocalStorageand theLocationStateclass are also flushed on log out to prevent security vulnerabilities or resource leaks.32x32 green and black versions of the chef hat icon were also added as favicons.
